Disclosure: Some of the links below may contain affiliate links, which simply means if you click through and make a purchase, I might make a commission. These are some of the sites I frequently use myself to save money on my adventures, so these are sites I would recommend to my readers regardless.

Did you know that you can score great deals for online courses through Groupon? I always see deals for classes such as painting, piano lessons, archery, axe-throwing, and more that you can purchase and go somewhere for, but I didn’t realize that there’s a smattering of courses from various online schools and sites you can participate in at a discounted price. Did you?

Subjects range from Hobbies to IT Certifications, Pet Care to Language courses, Health & Fitness to Multimedia and Digital Marketing. Pretty extensive.

Once the Groupon website displays, just type “Online Learning” in the search bar OR from the menu, select Local, then Online Learning from the drop-down as shown below.

And if you’ve already joined Rakuten (previously called Ebates) and navigate through that website first to get to Groupon, you can also score a cash rebate (currently 6% back for Groupon). If you’re not a member yet, no worries. It’s quick and easy to join and membership is free (even better). More info

Not sure what Groupon or Rakuten are? See below for more information.

What is Rakuten (previously called Ebates)?

Cash-back earned from Rakuten since I joined in 2006

With Rakuten, you can earn cash back by shopping online (or in store) for purchases you were planning on making anyways.

For example, since I joined back in 2006, I’ve earned $759.43 cash back by shopping online at stores such as Groupon, Priceline, eBay, Walmart, etc. And with back-to-school shopping now in full swing, this is a great way to save. Even better, share your link with your friends and get cash back! MORE INFO

Happy shopping my savvy savers!
